Equipment lease is required for internet and Extended Home Wi-Fi service. Extended Home Wi-Fi service does not guarantee service or minimum connection levels to any or all areas inside or outside of your home. Wi-Fi service may fluctuate due to many factors, but not limited to, square footage of your home, materials within your home, other devices operating within your home.
Internet: Speed tiers are "up to" your purchased tier and actual speeds may vary. All speeds are based on directly connecting to the gateway, not to wireless devices. The "up to 25/3mbps" tier includes 250GB data. The "up to 50/5mbps" tier includes 500 GB data. The "up to 100/10mbps" tier includes 1TB data. Home Internet access speeds will automatically slow to a maximum of 1.5mbps/1.5mbps for the remainder of the bill cycle when each of the speed tiers reaches its respective data allotment.
Discounted pricing: Autopay (checking and savings accounts only, no credit or debit cards) and paperless bill (email confirmation required to be signed up for paperless bill) required for the discounted rate of $2 per month on the home internet service. $5/month discount is applied to the customer account when, and for the duration, the customer has both Fixed Wireless Home Internet and a mobile postpaid phone plan(s). Only one $5/month discount is applied to the account; multiple mobile postpaid phone plans do not increase the $5/month Fixed Wireless Home Internet plan.
Gateway and External Radio Equipment Included on all Tiers: 100/10Mbps, 50/5mbps and 25/3Mbps tiers include gateway and External Radio equipment valued at $11.95/month. In addition, the 100/10Mbps tier includes Extended Home Wi-Fi equipment and service, valued at $6.95/month. Customer will incur taxes on all included equipment.
100/10 Mbps complimentary Extended Home Wi-Fi service: The "up to 100/10mbps" tier offers complimentary Extended Home Wi-Fi service for homes which will benefit from the service. Some homes and apartments may experience signal interference if the Extended Home Wi-Fi is installed. The installation technical will assess the signal levels and determine if your home Wi-Fi will benefit from an added Extended Home Wi-Fi Service. Wi-Fi equipment remains the property of Nsight. In the event we cannot install the complimentary Wi-Fi on the 100/10mbps internet tier, no credit will be offered. Upon disconnecting service, based upon the service(s) you have with Nsight, an equipment charges of $300 per Extended Home Wi-Fi will be charged to your account. If you return the equipment within 30 days of the disconnection date, the equipment charge(s) will be credited to your account or a refund issued. If the equipment is not returned within 30 days of the disconnection date, no credit or refund will be issued.
Extended Home Wi-Fi Service: Service not available in all areas or homes. Service is not available in apartments due to signal interference that will occur. Pricing is per each Wi-Fi satellite. Installation, taxes and fees are extra. Wi-Fi equipment remains the property of Nsight. Contracts and Installation Charges: Contracts are not required. Customers who choose month-to-month terms will be charged a one-time charge of $110 for installation of internet services. Customer who choose a 1-year contract term, installation is reduced to a one-time charge of $19.95.
