Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains back-ordered or pre-ordered items, it may arrive in multiple shipments. Expedited shipping is not available on any product listed as back-ordered or pre-ordered at the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Central time on Friday will be processed the following Monday during normal business hours.

Standard Shipping

  • Receive your in-stock order 3-5 business days after it has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. (Mon-Fri)
  • Excludes holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.

Second Day Shipping

  • Receive your in-stock order 2 business days after it has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. (Mon-Fri)
  • Excludes holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.

Next Day Shipping

  • Receive your in-stock order the next business day after it has been processed, fulfilled and shipped.
  • Excludes holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.

Shipping Policies

  • Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, military APO/FPO or international address.
  • When establishing a new account, we require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.
  • When purchasing a device for a new line on an existing account, we require that the shipping address match the current billing address on file. This helps protect you from theft or fraud. If you need to update your current billing address, please contact Customer Care at 800-935-4743.
  • Shipments may require an adult signature (someone at least 21 years old at the delivery address) to complete delivery.
